pdftoiif.com extracts transactions from PDF bank and credit card statements, maps them to your QuickBooks chart of accounts, and generates an IIF file for import into QuickBooks Desktop. We also offer CSV export for general use.
Transaction extraction is powered by AI and is highly accurate but not guaranteed to be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing all transactions before importing into QuickBooks. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or incorrect mappings in the output.
IIF imports into QuickBooks Desktop are irreversible. Always review your transactions carefully before importing. We are not responsible for errors that occur after an IIF file has been imported into your accounting software.
You may only use this service for lawful purposes with documents you have the right to process. You may not:

Pricing details are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, if you have an issue, contact us.
pdftoiif.com and its design, code, and content are owned by us. Your uploaded documents remain yours, we don't claim any rights to your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The short version: we process your documents to generate your output file and then they're gone. We are not interested in your financial data. Really.
When you use pdftoiif.com, we temporarily process:
Nothing. Your documents are processed in your browser session and discarded immediately after your output file is generated. We do not save, log, or retain any of your financial data on our servers. We really don't, we can't see your statements and we can't access them. The process all happens locally in your browser, if you don't know what that means look up "client side vs server side events".
Transaction extraction is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your document contents are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle API data — by using this service you acknowledge this. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the tool is being used — page views, feature usage, error rates. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.
If you sign up for our waitlist or contact us, we store your email address solely to communicate with you about the service. We do not sell or share email addresses. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
